BUFFALO CHICKEN OMG PIZZA!!!!!!!

OH LORD i love this recipe
I took 2 chicken breasts (if its too much at the end, you could always save the extra chicken)
put those 2 chicken breasts in a skillet with a little vegetable oil..
seasoned with salt and CAYENNE pepper (YUM)
cooked thoroughly then cut up into pieces..

then i took a WHOLE WHEAT BOBOLI CRUST...put butter around the edge of the crust.. sprinkled garlic powder on that butter..
then squirted some ranch dressing *or you could use blue cheese but i hate blue cheese) in the middle of the crust.. and with the back of a spoon i spread it to cover the crust
i put the chicken in a bowl and tossed it with hotwing sauce (franks, store brand, texas pete, whatever you like) and then put the saucy chicken on top of the ranch.
i dusted parmesan cheese around the crust, covered the chicken with TONS of mozzarella cheese
and then topped the pizza off with parmesan cheese
pop in the oven til all the mozz is melted

WHA-BAM!!!!!!!!!

Lemon Dill Salmon and Parmesan Green Beans!

I got the green bean idea from pinterest of course! and i just added my own spin on baked salmon

*i used frozen salmon but you could use fresh salmon*
i put salt, pepper, garlic powder and dill on top of the salmon filet (sitting on top of aluminum foil so you can form an aluminum foil pouch after the ingredients are added)
and then i put two lemon slices on top.. and a tablespoon of butter
then i wrapped it up real tight in the aluminum foil (so the melted butter wont run out)
i put the aluminum foil pouches on a baking sheet and stuck them in a 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes (because they are frozen filets)

then i took a baking sheet covered with aluminum foil..
spread out some FRESH GREEN BEANS... sprinkled 3 tbs of veg oil on top and mixed them up so the oil is covering all of the green beans..
then sprinkled garlic powder and salt/pepper on top (i love garlic powder)
then some grated Parmesan cheese on top (i used alot because i LOVE cheese)
then i put those in the oven for 10 minutes.. gave them a shake and a bit of a turn.. then back in the oven for 5 minutes!

BAM!!!!!!!!!!!

Ritz Cracker, Lemon, Dill and Garlic Chicken Nuggets

I created this recipe and it is beyond amazing.. now, im no chef.. so I don't know exact cook times or measurements... but even if you are beginner cook like I am, you will do just fine!

I cut up 3 raw chicken breasts into small (nugget sized pieces)
i cracked and beat 2 eggs, threw in a splash of milk, and the juice of one lemon...
then i crushed up a whole roll of Ritz crackers... added salt, pepper, garlic powder and dill.
i soaked all the chicken pieces in the egg wash then covered them in the cracker mixture and fried them in a pan of oil until they were dark brown.
they were SO moist in the middle and that crust is SO great..
dipping sauce isnt really needed but i did use a little bbq sauce. it was seriously AMAZING!!!
